The facial itself was nice. Unfortunately the overall experience wasn't good. I had to wait 35 minutes and cancel another appointment as a result. I waited 10 minutes before asking whether I would be seen soon. The therapist was only told then that I was there and came to briefly apologise and say she was running 15 minutes late. After 35 minutes I was finally seen. While I mostly enjoyed the treatment, the music in the room was not relaxing and when I was left alone to let the mask work I was cold. I had one brief apology but didn't feel that she cared at all that I had to wait so I mentioned this at the end and explained that I had to cancel another appointment as a result. The therapist really didn't seem to care at all - her excuse was that someone earlier in the day had arrived twenty minutes late. All I would have liked was a sincere apology and some basic customer service.
Classic Facials
The staff were very kind and friendly, although there isn't a great variety of colours to choose former Gel Nails. The manicure she did/general tidying up of my nails and cuticles was very good and much needed.

Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, clean and nice salon. Not very central location but it worthes the travel. The only thing missing was some music 👍

The place is not too bad, the prices good but the stuff...the hairdresser that i met was so unhappy, annoyed and not so sunny. The perm was useless because i still have the same hair but the hair cut was good.
An advice for the hairdresser: smile and enjoy your life, you've got just this chance.
