The salon was really clean and the staff were very welcoming. I was early and they saw me straight away which was good. Would have been nicer if the woman had made a bit of conversation as it felt a bit of an awkward silence. The wax was good but not carried out to as high a standard as I've had at other places as not all hair was removed.
