I did not rate the staff. They washed my hair before even asking me what I wanted done and made assumptions about how I wanted it. I wouldn't go back.

Last time I visited I thought it was great but I didnt enjoy this time at all. The girl doing my nails couldn't speak any English which was very awkward having to point to things and when she left and went to the toilet during my appointment. I also couldn't explain the shape i wanted. She was being very rough and hurt my nails when removing the gels from my previous set.
