The staff was extremely nice but did not speak English very well so it was a bit difficult to communicate. Also, I was told it was going to be 6£ extra if I wanted a manicure as well. I ended up paying 9£ extra and the "manicure" I was given was very very basic. The shellac nails did not stick for more that 4 days.
Gel Nails Manicure
Gel 'manicure' was ok. It wasn't actually a manicure as advertised, just a gel application but that's acceptable for the price - I just wish it was as advertised.
Staff were all lovely but it just felt a little messy downstairs. Nail polishes everywhere with no order system and it was difficult to see the level of hygiene on tools. I don't think the nail file used on me was new or cleaned between uses which was a little concerning considering how cheap they are to purchase.
I think I'd rather pay just a little more and go somewhere else in future.
Gel Nails Manicure
Usually a great salon but my usual therapist wasn't available. Waxing was slow, painful and poorly done - really unhappy as usually it is brilliant there!

The salon is clean and nicely decorated. Carla is not fluent in English and considering this my hair does look amazing. Usually I have two or theee colours put in during highlights but this salon only does highlights without multiple colours. Regardless of this and this having been the first time I've been to the salon Carla managed to control the lift in bleach of my hair(very dark brown) without leaving any really warm tone to it. I didn't walk out with a brassy bleached look so really happy. Loved the head massage during the shampoo. Will definitely try Carla again to see how a full head of highlights goes.
