I got highlights a few months ago on my black hair- I knew it would fade, I was advised to book a toner around august time. When I got my toner I asked to remove the yellow tones and make it more brown. Instead my hair turned back to black and completely covered my highlights. I asked if my hair will fade, hairdresser said no. I then said it’s too dark and it’s black, hairdresser then said it was brown and will fade and be completely different next week, was 2 different things. Waste of money.
