After a rather unsettling start, Flavio listened to what I wanted in terms of colour and cut and discussed the plan with me to make sure i was happy with it. He has a lot of knowledge and experience. I was extremely happy with the result. He was very friendly and professional. I shall definitely book Flavio again.
