Bad experience as a loyal client, over a year. Direct salon contact twice, no response. Wanted normal full head of creamy blonde highlights. Walked out with grey hair. Complained & returned to correct it. On returning, the application of a golden blonde toner, turned it brassy orange/yellow. He kept trying to fix it, then using a shampoo bleach, leaving me with dry, damaged, brassy, uneven coloured hair. Still trying to fix at home after 3 wks. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! No refund. Awful hair for hols
