I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’d never had a perm before which I said when I arrived but nothing about the process was explained to me, and no questions were asked about my hair. I asked lots of questions but my hairdressers English was very poor, which made communication virtually impossible. The perm didn’t work, leaving parts of my hair very straight and others very frizzy. The way it was handled was appalling, with nobody else in the salon and my hairdresser unable to talk to me, he called his manager who I spoke to on the phone and who confused me even further about what had gone wrong. Despite asking I was given no after care instructions or indication of what would happen to the perm. I left feeling extremely upset and confused.

Ladies' Haircuts
Katie at Le Salon Stockwell cut and coloured my hair. Actually it was an amazing hair make over! I came out looking like a different person. She made suggestions as a response to my goal of looking smart and fresh. Well she achieved more than that with a whole new look that all my friends and family love! Fabulous!
