Fla was super polite. made me an amazing coffee. asked if everything was good and ok. gives the best head massages everrr.
I love my new hair colour. my hair took it well considering how outgrown the blonde highlights were.
i did ask for layers and i noticed when i was at home i had no layers in my hair. i had asked for wavy blow dry and didn’t exactly get that but my hair can be stubborn and refuse to be manipulated into certain styles.
overall i am happy with the service.
