Went in for my appointment, told to sit & wait. Waited 20 minutes, nothing. After that another lady came in & sat right next to me, she got welcomed straight away, told to take a seat. I said I've been waiting, I was here before & have an appointment. I was told the other lady does too & someone would be there soon. Then said but ive been waiting for over 20 minutes, was dismissed. Walked out, no treatment. Ants all over the place, masks not worn properly, no social distancing...staff very rude

The waxing room was dirty. The waxing technique needs to be improved. I can’t be too sure if the lady even put on new gloves. The next day after my wax, I got an infection. I wouldn’t recommend going here
