The staff were really friendly and smiley, which was great. I had to wait about 10 minutes, because another customer only wanted eyebrows done, and I was getting more done. So that was fine. I can understand that. If I was busy, this would've been annoying. But I was in no rush so it was ok. The eyebrow threading was amazing, loved my eyebrows. I have gone to many other places and they always seem to mess up by eyebrows, but she did not. She was also pretty quick. The facial waxing was really good too. Minimum irritation possible. However, compared to the place that I usually go to, it is around £2-3 more expensive, but I would go again and definitely recommend it.

Really nice girls. Venue slightly run down, but still good waxing and would go back.
Ladies' Arm & Underarm Waxing
Price was very good. Treatment was nice but I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. The setting didn’t have the right sort of relaxing ambience. Cd of music kept skipping. Lights turned on and off. Noise from outside room disturbing. I was 5 mins early but appointment started 10 minutes late. It was ok.
