Today was my first time at the salon for waxing and I was very satisfied with the service. It was clean, quick, and attentive. Moreover, the girls were friendly and professional, they made me feel comfortable. I will definitely book again.

service was so so. it was my first time in there but i was expected to know how things are done - asked to stretch my skin etc. didnt even ask how i wanted my brow to look like just started doing it.

The staff were very grumpy and unfriendly. They didnt think I understood them but they were bitching about all of their clients. The actual facial was very unpleasant. Have you ever had face scrub rubbed into your eyes?? The extraction was very painful and even when I was saying Ow! she did not stop. The facial was supposed to take 45 mins but took an hour because the therapist spent 20 mins outside laughing with the others and started 10 mins late.
