No pre / post treatment advice - staff not trained properly. Seemed to know very little about the treatment hygiene. I got lots of little bumps and spots that are still here 2 weeks later. The area that was waxed still had hairs too so it wasn't any better than a machine trim. They put on a lotion at the end which I'm pretty sure is not antiseptic and probably caused this infection of the hair follicles. Pretty much ruined my holiday, do not go here unless you want to leave with some sort of disease or infection.
