Horrific...painful. Over priced.
Over priced for what you receive. I paid in advance should have asked for a refund.
The whole process was uncomfortable from start to finish.
The hot wax was too hot and I was burnt. Ill add this happened repeatedly. The wax wouldn’t set properly making it extremely uncomfortable to remove.
I thought it was almost over until I looked to find large areas missed. In the end I gave up and left feeling like I had just undergone Chinese torture And extremely disappointed by the pact the “clean” feeling I usually had after a wax wasn’t there. I went home and ended up shaving large areas just to feel better.
I have had a lot of waxes in the past.nothing compares to how truly terrible this was.
So so so painful.

horrendous!!! turned up at 12pm for my appointment which they told me wasnt even booked in as they have different systems for treatwell and they hadnt pulled my booking through (i booked online 3 days before) so they suggested I should book direct and not through the app in future. Don't understand why they are listed on the app if they don't want customers to use it.
Anyway they rebooked me in for 2pm, so arrived early and then wasn't seen until 2.10pm. I was then told that the treatment i had booked was listed wrong on the app so i needed to pay another £30 if i wanted the full treatment. I said no and just had part of the treatment instead.
To be honest i had my eyebrows waxed here about 2 years ago and it was the worse my eyebrows had every looked so i should have known not to waste my time or money at such an unprofessional and quite frankly crap salon.
Will never be visiting here again.

Not that great for the price you’re paying - No soaking or cutting cuticles. Service was good, lady was really nice.
