It should have been £30 but I had a voucher which gave me £7 off. I arrived at about 9:50am for my 10am appointment and had a cuppa whilst I waited. My stylist arrived at 10:05am. She was very friendly and chatty. She asked if I wanted to have the ends trimming (they did need doing to be honest) I thought as I was only having a trim it would FOC or a small added fee considering I'd already paid for my treatments, she snapped away. Maybe it was very naive of me but I was pretty shocked to find her charge me an extra £15 for a trim. I didn't want to make a fuss at the time but thinking about it I think that's ridiculous. She should have said before she cut how much it would be extra! Anyway, she did a good job, I left with fresh hair which was the whole point of going. It was a nice salon, but I don't think I'll be returning.
Claire gave me a wonderful back massage, it really eased the lower back pain I'd been having.
