I had Becky rather than Carlene (I think!). She was brilliant & informative, can’t fault anything at all & will go back.
My only issue was at payment - the manager at the cash desk tried to charge me again for the whole booking rather than the additional purchases. Think this is the second time I’ve had an issue booking through Treatwell at this Salon, hasn’t happened at any salons I’ve used Treatwell for. Just tarnishes the experience slightly as you feel like you’ve lied about paying!
It’s rare of me to leave a poor review but I was quite unhappy with the cut and colour here. My hair was cut considerably shorter than agreed - I was shocked when I got home and really took in the length of the back, where lots of layers had been cut in which weren’t requested - and I’ve never had colour burn when applied and after. I’ve had good experiences at this salon previously so maybe I was just unlucky today, but I won’t be returning.
I actually got upgraded to Lee Moran himself who took my tired shoulder length hair and restyled according to my request to get a pixie cut again! Just lovely people and salon and Lee is wonderful!
