1st visit but enjoyed it. Hoping to help with a recent fybromyalgia diagnosis but too early to tell so will go back.

I was very apprehensive on my visit as I really didn't know what to expect but as someone who takes pain killers for painful joints I thought I'd give it a go I have never experienced coldness like it but afterwards felt exhilarated fresh and might I say even sexy lol I am 5 days from my first experience and I have not taken a single painkiller I can't wait to go back again. I left feeling amazing. The team look after me well I felt supported.

Recommended by a friend to try. A year ago had back surgery and now and again have pains and aches, after going in the chamber felt an instant sense of relief on my lower back and refreshed. Professional and courteous staff at all times who kept me informed of the whole process at every stage and what will happen. For anyone looking for rejuvenation try this, not just for people with injury, great for rejuvenation, refresh and feel good. Highly recommend. Big thanks to Chris and Anne-Marie for the fantastic service.

Warm welcome from Sara ( felt like a new friend by the time l left) I can not express enough the benefits gained from the using the Cryo Chamber.I felt invigorated & ready to hit my day hard...The one thing l didnt realise was how much it would help me sleep ( Insomnia sufferer for years) I had the best & l mean the best nights sleep ever...Looking forward to my next session tomorrow..For me it's not about weight loss.It's about my well being,muscle recovery & all the fabulous things Cryo can & does do......If you haven't booked yet you really ought to..

Very nice place and friendly staff. Mentioning the first floor in the address information and also asking about the form to be filled out after signing up for saving time and also making sure that the service is suitable before going to the venue.
