Had to have some nails done as they were so untidy and still got charged full price. I have been going to this salon for a while and will not be returning, I was made to feel so uncomfortable for mentioning I wasn’t happy with the finish. New staff don’t appear to be properly trained. I was left feeling mortified and my nails still look really messy. Overall bad experience.

My nails are uneven in shape, it all felt rushed and the gel is really lumpy. I wanted to start again but I felt rushed and there was someone else waiting. Really Disappointing:(
