Absolutely shocking customer service!!!
I called yesterday to ask how much acryllic and shellac nails & toes were, she advised me nails are £32 and toes were an extra £5, so I thought thats good can I book in for tomorrow
Anyway I get there and she told me she had advised me wrong because she didnt know the price (how unprofessional) but said she would still charge me £5
Then I said i wont have acrylic and shellac toes because it will take too long I will just gave shellac toes... all was fine, they ever advised me the price would change.
Went downstairs to pay and she tries to charge me £24 for shellac toes, but I could have had acrylic and shellac toes for £5? makes sense!!!!!!
Then I said no it isnt my fault, it was your fault for advising me wrong, she started laughing in my face to which I said why are you laughing it isnt funny at all. Then she called me a CHEATER infront of EVERYONE as I was walking out! DISGUSTING! DO NOT GO TO LEGEND QUAYS THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL
P.S. MY NAILS ARE ALL CHIPPED AND STAINED AFTER 20 MINUTES OF LEAVING THE SHOP
