I was Greeted by a lovely receptionist and was seen as soon as I walked in .i can’t complain about the customer service but the treatment it self was pretty shocking. I was short of time so wanted a quick dry trim. The hairdresser was lovely in person but the cutting skills aren’t so good .
I was asked how much of the length I wanted taken off and I explained as well as showing .
Then the cutting began and The lady shown me how much she was cutting off at which point I stopped Her and said she was about to cut too much . I then once again explained and shown her how much o exactly wanted odd as my hair is below my hip , hair dressers can get scissor happy therefore I take me time ALWAY to explain myself where ever I go for a hair cut .
Anyway by the time she was done cutting my hair I realised it was too short !
She asked if it was ok ? I didn’t know what to say ...
as it was already done there was no point kicking off . I just said , I didn’t want it that short , but it’s ok, it’s done now .
Not only was it cut too short it was blocked and chunky as she just cut it straight and didn’t blend the ends so looked as if I just took a pair of scissors and cut my own hair .
I don’t like complaining or creating a scene at places and I knew she can’t stick back on what she cut off and to be honest I didn’t want her touching my hair again to fix anything as I was worried she would end up cutting more off !
I just said thank you , paid , and left .
I would defiantly not be going again for my hair at least .
