Mozie was great, very friendly and I'm happy with my cut, however, it felt like the end was rushed because another client was waiting, which is a shame.
My second wax here as the first was 'painless'. This time the therapist Sahar was very heavy handed so not a pleasant experience.
I don't think they are dealing with clients well when they are busy so need to work on their time management. I'm undecided yet, whether I'll return.

Lovely haircut - v. Good hairdresser. Manager needed to calm down a little. Pestering customers and hassling staff to hurry up put a dampener on the experience.

From moving to Manchester I decided to take the plunge and risk getting a haircut at a place I had never been before (risky business!). But it paid off. I had a full fringe put in, my ends trimmed and they also washed my hair as part of the price too. Staff were very very friendly although there was sometimes a slight language barrier, although that didn’t hinder the overall result, but could have gone wrong if I didn’t explain what I wanted properly. Overall, I am very pleased and will be returning :)
