On arrival I was told they had looked at my profile picture and decided that because I had short hair it would be better for a barber on the premises to cut it. I had booked in with a senior stylist and ended up having a barbers cut who had no blow drying technique. I felt intimidated, and came out looking a mess as I may as well have booked a dry cut at £15 with the barber. What senior ladies stylist doesn’t feel confident in cutting ladies short hair? I doubt their qualifications to advertise themselves as hairstylists .... never again
