A birthday treat for a friend; we both had a very relaxing day at the spa; nice and quiet, helpful staff, lovely food and our therapist was great - our treatments were wonderful.
I had Emma and she was a treat! There were a few adjustments to times of treatments due to staff sickness but they dealt with it really well. I felt super relaxed and truly pampered. Would come again. Some of the group had Ella and she was apparently equally as brilliant.
The spa was great. Booked as a present for my mums birthday. The treatment was customisable which was a plea sent surprise. And the staff were lovely. The facilities were small but It wasn’t busy so it didn’t matter. The poolside beds were uncomfortable though and the jacuzzi was closed and the towels used during the treatment were rough to touch. The bar in the main hotel was a dissapoinment however with limited seating, overpriced and disappointing food and the service nothing compared to the spa staff
Me and my husband visited Brands Hatch for a much needed break together. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival, facilities were as expected and the treatments were on time and very relaxing. We will definitely be returning!
I had a few issues when I booked. They have to cancel my original booking due to lack of staff and were unable to accommodate a group booking.
The spa treatments however were lovely and very relaxing. I would return for a treatment. However the spa facilities let it down this could be revamped. The pool is used as a leisure pool so a lot of children were using the pool when we arrived. Which wasn’t relaxing. The jacuzzi was out of use too which was disappointing. There only only a few loungers to lay on and not enough room for all.
Overall I would return but only for a treatment and lunch. The main hotel reception and bar is lovely. This doesn’t follow through to the spa unfortunately.
