Really lovely friendly place, however the changing rooms are a bit tired, do not let this put you off the staff and hotel manager are all so nice and accommodating, we had a lovely spa day.
lovely facilities, treatment rooms were a bit chilly but over all a very relaxing day!
Staff shortage meant no guarantee of all treatments. Staff did all they could to help but no compensation given. Afternoon tea was poor apart from the scone
Great afternoon treat for my Daughter's birthday we really enjoyed our time there
Would have been great if it hadn’t have been for the lack of communication within the staff team. The jacuzzi was cold and we were only offered a massage when we wanted some thing different.
