An OK spa, not bad for the price but the treatments aren't great, the massage was more like being stroked and even after asking for a bit firmer it didn't really change. The jacuzzi was closed and their was a surcharge on the spa menu for a fish finger sandwich!
The staff was very friendly and the Spa are was lovely and the staff there also. Dinner was nice too, it seem that they might have been under staff because it took long for our orders to come out to us. We had a package deal which was really good, treatment, dinner and breakfast and one night stay. The hotel room and bath was tidy and clean, but however me and my friend didn't have a goodnight sleep what so ever, the whole night we heard delivery trucks and the cars and then in the morning all we could hear was racing cars. Apart from the night sleep the hotel was a really nice place to come too.
It is a gym with a couple of treatment rooms. It is disorganised and the customer service is poor. Booking two treatments for each of us was a nightmare. Forget peace and tranquility - you get kids jumping into the pool and the music in one of the treatment rooms sounded like a heavy metal jamming session. We werent offered any drinks on arrival and the water after treatment was in a tiny cone paper cup. The towels were hard. Treatwell should secret shop this venue before they take £99 non refundable payments from customers.
The spa was excellent! And would not fault brands hatch hotel as I have visited this hotel and spa before. However on booking through last minute they completely messed up the break and I spend hours on the phone to customer service re-amending to another weekend as they had booked us in for a break with treatments that I paid for but they failed to ask the spa if there was any treatment times left which left me having to re arrange with the brands hatch hotel to another weekend this was a very disappointing service and would not use again next time I will book via the main hotel.
