I had a moisturising facial but left feeling like my face was on fire. On applying a exfoliating scrub I had to ask for less pressure to be used as it was bordering on painful. After this each new treatment left my skin stinging. I mentioned this on four occassion and was told that this was normal. At the end of the appointment I said that my face felt very hot and was told that this was normal and could last for another hour and that this meant that the treatment was working. Will not return
