There is only one girl who is qualified to do a good wax at this place. I made the mistake of going to see someone else other than my usual girl. Had the worst experience, firstly she told me that she wouldn't be able to do a bikini wax and tried to sell me lazer.... When I said no and that I've never had a problem with my usual girl she finally gave up! Then the waxing started, she applied the wax in various sporadic areas and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I was right, I left with severe bruising, burns and torn skin. I should have gotten out of there when she tried to start the wax without putting on her glasses. Never again!!!!
Very nice staff, procedure quick and with no problems (no bruises afterwards and I am a larger lady). Would recommend

I had a multivitamin facial, it was ok, nothing special. Not sure i'd go back.
