The reception was very polite and welcoming on the phone and in person.
The staff were very polite. But they whispered a little to each other and spoke in another language at one point that made me feel uneasy.
The lady who did my wax was friendly and chatty. I had a Brazilian Wax and normally that includes back and front but they let me know during my booking you have to pay extra for the back. That's a first to me and so I didn't have the back done. The lady seemed to be quite through it seemed she checked and went over parts quite a bit but it was a little more uncomfortable then usual. When finished I said thank you and said thanks to staff in the reception area. I began to leave and got called back they asked to see my booking on my phone and again whispering and another language. They said ok thank you and I left. I was pretty sore afterwards on to find the next day I had scanned skin, very swollen and a lot of stray hairs that now could be felt after swelling had gone done. Now a week later it is still sore, a lot of bumps and whiteheads and more hairs and Ingrowing that normally I don't start getting growth or feeling of hair for at least two weeks. I've not felt sore afterwards before. They were ok people so I don't want to bash but it hasn't been a good experience it will take sometime to get this area in a good condition again to be able to wax at my regular place. I'm also expecting so I can't really reach the area to treat it as if like to.
It was nice experience doing facial cleansing today with Simin. She is very professional at her job and reassuring . I enjoyed as well as relaxed . I recommend to everyone and I give a 5-Star to their job .
