I come here every month for a full leg, underarm wax and also laser. This experience had to be the worst by far. I was seen by Lydia who gave me my monthly treatments. Once it was time for my legs to be waxed she rushed through them with most of my hairs breaking, and also spending so much time on a specific hair on my underarm area leaving me red raw. I now have darkened, pealing, sore skin - I couldn't wear deodorant for days, Honestly the worst experience. I can only put it down to being under staffed and busy.
