Have been going for hollywood waxes for over ten years and this was one of the worst. Took ages to complete, she kept going over and over areas (which I am used to if there are stubborn hairs) but this was extremely repetitive and painful!!! Her sticky gloves kept pulling off and on my skin which added extra discomfort and was repeatedly told to try laser as it would be less painful. Before we even started as I was naked, from the waist down I was asked to get my phone out to show her the email that confirmed my booking. Not only humiliating but unprofessional. Will defying be going to there clinic down the high road from now on
