The lady didn't have a clue about how to wax. Not having scratches or bruises on the skin was the aim of waxing on her opinion... She didn't know that she had to apply the wax in the direction of hair growth and pull on the opposite direction... Very disappointed and appalled. I will not be returning.

Massage was good and my masseuse was very nice and polite. However, staff were arguing at the counter while I was in the waiting area, and there were loud building works going on in the salon itself so the experience was not very relaxing.
