Staff very friendly but had waxing treatments and post the treatment there was still a lot of un-removed hair which I wasn't satisfied with.
The worst experience. Lady doing my tint left in the middle saying she is going home and other person will take off applied tint. I've been tinting my eyelashes and brows for over 10 years and this is one of the worst I've ever had. Done without precision, leaving some lashes without the colour. But the worst was the fact they did even want to clean my mascara. Every qualified beautician knows you first have to clean lashes, browns, skin before starting the treatment, I highly doubt people working there are trained/ qualified beauticians. Also cleanliness is something to improve.
