Received a wax from there, it was ok not the best as waxing the bikini area proved a challenge and the lady kept waxing the same area causing me to be sore, overall fast and polite staff. Will only recommend bikini wax if you're brave enough.

I had my "ombre hair " done recently. I asked the Hairdresser is she knew how to do it!!!!! I even showed her the picture. What I ended up with was a yellow hair from the top of my ears down with very uneven highlights. I was shocked so lady tried to fix it with added brown colour on the top. I ended up paying £65.
When I came home my friends found some dark hair between my yellow hair! So I decided to go back and get refund. I was told they dont do refund but they will try to fix it. Next day I got a senior hairdresser who bleached my hair again as I wanted blonder ends. She tried to fix it but I still looked like I coloured my hair at home without a mirror!
I had to go to another hairdresser who was in shock when she saw my hair. She spent 3 hours fixing it.
Don't get me wrong, both ladies were lovely but I will never go back again.
I had the purifying facial procedure. Staff didn't do the excellent facials here. Just the products were great. Also I don't see really good results. I would not recommend to visit this salon to anyone.
