It felt really obvious that the beauty therapist did not specialise in facials. I mentioned that I didn’t want anything harsh and I also have sensitive skin, but she chose to use really harsh exfoliating scrubs which left my skin raw. At one point I had to ask her to take the product off because my skin was literally burning. She was nice enough but the experience felt very amateur and my skin felt really dry afterward even though I requested a hydrating facial
