The therapists were rude. They also only take cash, and as I didn’t have cash I had to pay through Treatwell. The therapist took my phone and selected the wrong treatment with a different branch - it took an hour to sort this out and get a refund. When I did pay at the right branch, the treatment on treatwell was at a reduced price - the therapist makes you pay the full price regardless so I could’ve paid at the card machine from the get-go. Waste of time, they were unhelpful and unfriendly.
