The overall experience was good, but I was slightly disappointed over the Hollywood wax as it was different from others I have gotten which I felt reflected the precision and accuracy of removing all hair, which is why you would choose the Hollywood treatment. In terms of cleanliness and COVID-19 the salon followed all guidelines and I did not have any bad experience with that.

This is my third time at a Lemoge Clinic, first time in the Edgware Road branch. Lovely and clean place! The therapist, Emma, was friendly and pleasant. She gave very good advice and very attentive! Definitely will come again to this branch!
