Quite disappointing. I said to the hairdresser that I want to keep the length of my hair and asked just to trim it a little bit. She cut my hair 5-7 cm, when she started I said it was too short but she said it would be fine. I appreciate when the hairdresser listens to the client's recommendations. Unfortunately, here it was not the case.
