Lady friendly and very thorough - Only downside is the lady perhaps took more hair off than I wanted- I wanted the sides of my face doing but she did almost full cheeks. But overall good job as usual and will return! Thank you!

The place itself is a disappointment: it’s cluttered, it looks run down, it doesn’t look sanitary enough.
The nail persons did an awesome job, in a timely manner, I would totally love to have them work on my nails again! But then again, i don’t trust the place enough to go back again .. they don’t sanitise the utensils, the same ones that they used on me got used on the next lady (fair enough, they were put in this jar that I assume had some sort of sanitiser, but still..)
On top of that, the set up is awkward: the person who did my nails had to sit up, so my position was quite uncomfortable. My chair was too high and I’ve asked twice to adjust it, but I don’t think they understood my request so I was stuck in a very stiff position for my entire appointment.
I’ll most likely go back to my regular salon, even if they do still charge £10 on mani/pedi, at least the place is nice and tranquil and they also offer tea/water and their staff is way more friendlier!
