will not come back. The woman who did my hot wax (which i was charged more for) seemed inexperienced and unsure and overall not competent. Took so much more time than necessary (30-40 min) and was not at all satisfied with the experience

I loved the staff. It couldn't have been a better experience. It took me by surprise that the staff was being so kind and caring about me. The Hollywood wax was well done, I'm happy with the result.
