This was my second visit to the salon (after previously having done my nails there) and was again very pleased with the service.
I am giving 5 stars for the full body waxing as the quality of the waxing was better than expected for the price paid. Of course, paying £55 one can't expect to have a perfect waxing, I did have some hairs left which I quickly removed once I got home. Staff was nice, although seemed a bit stressed as it was very busy (a lot of walk ins that afternoon).

Heifa was absolutely amazing. I was running late and she was able to squeeze me in before her next appointment. Very friendly, knowledgable and she took her time.

Went to get my long hair cut into a 'lob.' She did an okay job but I asked for feathering on the ends and it came out quite rounded and thick. Now my hair has grown out it looks a lot better. Don't know if i'd go back for anything other than a trim
