I would never ever go back to this place. When i went there no one even bothered to tell me a simple hi or anything or welcome me as a customer. I had an appointment at 5.40pm for gel manicure, they told me to sit down as there was only 1 person doing nails.
As I sat down another woman came in and she said she had an appointment at the same time as I had.. They told her she has to come back 1,5 hrs later cause it's the system fault... okay
When she started to doing my nails it was already 5:50 so probably she was in a hurry and she didnt even care about the size differences, just made the shape and thats all. So basically my nails are ... long short long short short...
then she put 2 layers and we finished in 10 MINUTES!!!!
I've been before in a place where I got 6 layered and I was there for 50 mins in total...
You can clearly see my nails under the polish which never suppose to happen.
But what I expected in 10 mins ?!
A lot more from a clinic in the middle of Edgware road and Marble Arch in the city.
The place is absolutely not organized.
The lady who was doing my nails went to translate to all the other staff as none of them spoke English.
And the most ridiculous thing what I've seen in my whole life was when one of the customer show to the pedicure assistant how to cut and shape the nails.
Not recommended at all.
It was a joke and waste of money.

Nails were really good however they had overbooked so had to come back an hour later than my appointment. Seemed a few people had the same problem. Could do with some more shellac colours too, but good service
