The beginning of the appointment started fine, but went downhill from there. I had to ask for lotion and the colour of the tan - the woman who was doing the treatment didn’t talk to me at all about what kind of result I wanted. I had to actually ask her to close the door before she started the spray (I was naked!) The booth you stand in was very stained by the tanning spray, fair enough, but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last appointment. The real issue though, is that after the spray was on, the woman who was applying it told me to wait for 10 minutes and she would come back to check and then I could wash my hands and feet, etc. I was waiting for over half an hour and nobody returned to check on me. Eventually, I just put my clothing back on and left. When I mentioned this to the woman at reception, she didn’t seem bothered at all. I booked here as it looked like good value for money, but it wasn’t even worth the £20 I paid for it.
