They were Under staffed, therapist was angry. The pedicure looks good but the experience was far from relaxing. Also the same treatment booked directly with the salon would have cost 10 pounds less! Not cool.

Goli was a very nice lady, friendly and professional and made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
She had kindly waited for me at the end of her busy day, to ensure I can have a late evening appointment, for which I was very grateful. I was also very impressed by my emails (about the change in the appointment time) being answered quickly and efficiently.
Goli was patient and pleasant and given she had a long day already, I never,even for a second, felt her being tired or rushed. Thank you

Cuticles were cut so deep and rough if bled. Overall looks good. Not sure I'll go back though.
