Very good and quick wax

Unfortunately I have to say the overall experience was a big disappointment. I was left waiting for nearly an hour, without much form of apology. They kept telling me it was the first time they'd had delays, but my friend was there the day before and had the same experience! Plus there was about 3 or 4 other women also waiting during that time... They did offer to give me 20 extra minutes on the facial, but by the time I went in it was too late for me to stay. The general ambiance isn't very relaxing - other members of staff came in and out of the treatment room, and you can hear noise and talking from the salon above. Although the price seems good value, I would have rather paid more for a relaxing experience, so unfortunately cannot recommend.

My experience was quite good overall. Nice staff and ambience. The brazilian waxing could be improved, as the result was more like regular bikini line.
