I had laser hair removal today done by Haifa. She is so amazing and professional, she really explained the treatment before starting it and distracted me through it by talking to me. It ended up being virtually painless and she was very thorough. Already booked in to return! Lovely salon great location literally across the road from tube station too. X

My overall experience was disappointing. I had to wait for 45 minutes, the beautician was nice but very slow, on top of the delay, it took too long to have my wax done. I also had remaining wax everywhere, it was not removed properly. I also had patches of hair that was not removed.
