Awful experience, I had to wait almost an hour for my haircut and was not offered anything to drink. There was no apology for the lateness. The cut was rushed as they were running late and I was not properly consulted. She started cutting my hair with my parting in the wrong place despite me explaining. Would not recommend.

Welcomed and sitted but no refreshmets offered. No consultaion what so ever very 15 min haircut. I did get serum put on my hair but did fell particulary pump up. It was ok.
