I paid for hot wax but she used strip wax and refused to refund me the difference. Watched me get undressed, didn’t give me any privacy to get unchanged and on the bed. No ambience music, staff arguing when I was waiting, late to the appointment. Would NOT reccomend.

Recommended for sunbeds (standing). The cheapest price and good value for money. Will definitely go back to try the facials.

Went for a half leg waxing. The staff was very welcoming and the Shahla who did the waxing was great - very professional and kind. Would recommend!
