The only upgrade I can think of is perhaps advising customers on how often and for how long to use the sunbed to minimise adverse effects. Other than that, the staff has been very kind and helpful, and the facilities are clean and effective.

Despite pre-booking on Treatwell and arriving on time I was made to wait...so my appointment was 15 minutes late. It was clear the beautician hadn't had another appointment before me, so there was no reason for the delay. The tint was ok, but the beautician didn't explain anything about it and as it was my first time having this treatment I was disappointed not to be given any advice or information. All round quite a poor experience.

It was strip wax, which is not normally used for a whole wax, only the edges. It ended up being so painful, and she kept waxing the same areas to get one hair out. In the end I told her to leave them and I would get them with tweezers later. I ended up very red and sore the rest of the day

The salon is easily accessible via public transport, great value and friendly. My Beautician Simin was very thorough and super professional. Would definitely recommend.
