Easy friendly and simple

Terrible! The lady waxing me was awful and caused me so much pain. She got wax all over her gloves which stuck to my legs and pulled my skin. She also got wax all over my legs and stomach. After 15 mins I realised she'd not successfully removed hair so she sent her colleague in to take over. Her colleague was better but by this point I was swollen and red and my skin was in agony. The colleague was apologetic and offered me a free underarm wax which I declined. Needed to get out! Do not visit, im sure the first lady can't have been qualified!
