The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable, the venue was clean and professional.
The only negative was the price quoted online was £16 but when I got there I had to pay £8 extra. When I have had this treatment in the past it is all off (front and back) but they charge extra for this so I had to pay extra so it wasn't actually any cheaper than the wax place I usually go to across the road from my building, I walked 20 minutes to this place to save money.

The staff is very welcoming. No delay, job was quick and efficient. I have a very curly hair so it was still a bit frizzy after the blow dry. Overall good experience.
