Extremely painful, wax was too hot. New salon so not everything is up and running and I felt a bit rushed as my appointment was near closing. The lady however was very sweet.

The venue is brand new so still being completed in some parts. Had to wait more than 15mins to be seen even tho I had an appointment booked. Overall, the treatment was almost painfree. Will go again as its one of the few places on treatwell that have the correct equipment to do laser hair removal on dark skin
