Amazing sunbeds and very friendly staff!

It was a wonderful experience. The only thing I could say is that the hairdresser didn't look totally trustful to me... as not only she didn't understand from the beginning what I was looking for (which honestly, was just a normal haircut: cut my fringe and also get the sides a bit shorter so that they could remain out of my ponytails), but also she wasn't really neat: my fringe cut wasn't even at all and looked really funny and nothing smart with a gap in the middle... and there were a lot of hair coming to my eyes which were not cut properly... just because she kept fix in her idea of brushing my hair towards the back and cut it like that (even though I had told her that my hair line was in the middle and asked her please to respect my natural style of brushing, as I needed something easy to keep)... of course after she blow dried my hair, it didn't resist the new style brushed to the back, and just burst towards the sides and the front to see the line in the middle again: and making those uncomfortable hairs to appear again in front of my eyes... because they belonged there. Not to the back as the hairdresser seemed to be obsessed)... I had to repeat to her a couple of times "please fix this" to get the final professional result.
However, all the rest of the staff looked amazing to me: very professional, showing they knew what they were doing, clean, and also warm personality. Overall, a great experience.

The venue didn't appear to know I was coming. The lady was nice but didn't have make up remover so used a baby wipe which made my eyes very sore and red

Staff were nice but I paid for hot wax (Hollywood wax), and she mixed with cheap strip wax and also double dipped the spatula. I’ve had better quality cheaper other places.
